I have been involved in the mortgage industry for over 28 years. I can assist you with purchases or refinancing. I specialize in Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, IHFA, Jumbo and Construction lending.

I was born and raised in Idaho Falls, and am proud to be an Idaho native. I have been in the mortgage industry more years than I can count. Even after all those years, I still love helping the customer achieve their dream of homeownership. My husband and I live in Lava Hot Springs, and I enjoy sewing, golf, riding ATVs, visiting the family farm, spending time with our two daughters, and especially spoiling our grandchildren. I currently serve as Chairman of the Program Outcomes Committee for NeighborWorks Pocatello and was the recipient of the 2015 Dick Emerson Community & Volunteer Service Award. I belong to the Greater Pocatello Association of Realtors and also the Greater Blackfoot Association of Realtors, having been a past Affiliate of the Year for the Pocatello Association.

Having grown up in Chesterfield Idaho on the family farm and ranch, I possess the knowledge and understanding of agricultural and self-employed incomes and can analyze their more complex tax returns. My office is located in the Bank of Commerce branch in Pocatello, I am also available in our Blackfoot office as needed. While I love serving the people of Bannock and Bingham counties, I am available to assist anyone in Southeast Idaho with their Home Mortgage and Construction needs.

I grew up in Southwest Montana and have been in the Dillon area for the past 33 years.

I have over 27 years of banking experience which includes New Accounts and managing a Trust and Escrow Department to Conventional, FHA, VA, Rural Development and NeighborWorks loans, for both new home purchases and refinancing. My goal is to provide guidance and expertise in all aspects of mortgage lending for my customers. I try to keep the process quick and simple and tailor a package to meet each customer’s needs. From first time homebuyers to second-time homebuyers or investment properties, I love helping people obtain their dream home.

I am active in the community and try to promote economic development projects. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends rafting, golfing, fishing the many local rivers and just being in the outdoors.
